At CrossFit Tusky Valley, every workout is coached and scaled to your current fitness level.

Most of our members started as complete beginners.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve your health, or simply feel better again, we are here to guide you step by step in a supportive environment.

HOW IT WORKS

1. BOOK A FREE INTRO

Come meet us, tour the gym, and talk with a coach about your goals and fitness level. No workout required.

2. LEARN THE BASICS

If you are new to CrossFit, we will guide you through beginner-friendly foundational sessions so you can feel comfortable, confident, and safe.

3. START YOUR SUMMER STARTER MEMBERSHIP

Join our supportive community and begin building strength, confidence, consistency, and healthier habits with coaching every step of the way.

CROSSFIT CLASS

In its true definition, CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. But in everyday, practical life application, it is hands-on fitness at its finest — training your body to handle real life with strength, confidence, and capability

Weightlifting

At CrossFit Tusky Valley, our weightlifting team trains with precision and intent. Our program emphasizes technical mastery of the snatch and clean & jerk, supported by structured strength cycles designed for long-term progress.
We coach adult athletes of all ages through progressive development — because true strength is built through consistency, discipline, and expert guidance.

Gymnastics

CrossFit Gymnastics focuses on developing body control, core strength, and coordination using your own body as resistance. From pull-ups to handstands, progressions are tailored to meet you at your current level. It’s about learning to move with strength, balance, and confidence.

Coach-led CrossFit classes focused on strength, conditioning, skill development, and long-term health. Every workout is scalable, safe, and designed to meet you where you are — while pushing you forward.

SMALL CLASS SIZE

You deserve individualized coaching, a team atmosphere, and results. We cap our classes at 12 athletes per session to deliver on this promise.  

WORLD-CLASS COACHING

You have untapped potential and will thrive with professional coaching. Our coaches have a track record of helping athletes of every ability succeed.
