Olympic Weightlifting

This is a 60-minute class focused on the Olympic lifts: the clean & jerk and the snatch. While heavy lifting has its place, this class is not about constantly maxing out—it’s about technique, efficiency, and strong foundational positions.


Classes follow a structured cycle, allowing you to break each lift down step by step. Each cycle emphasizes a specific phase of the movement—helping you refine mechanics, build positional strength, and develop confidence under the bar.


Held twice per week, this class is designed to directly improve your performance when these lifts appear in the Workout of the Day. Over time, you’ll move better, lift smarter, and see meaningful gains in both strength and overall CrossFit performance.

Gymnastics

This class is designed to improve body control, strength, and movement efficiency through foundational and advanced gymnastics skills such as:

  • Pull-ups

  • Handstands

  • Bar muscle-ups

  • Ring muscle-ups

  • Other bodyweight movements


Each 60-minute session focuses on technique and structured progressions, making the class appropriate for both beginners and athletes refining advanced skills. Classes are held twice per week and follow a skill-based cycle, allowing you to focus on one primary movement at a time.


Cycles typically last 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the skill being developed—such as the bar or ring muscle-up. Each cycle breaks the movement down step by step, building the strength, mobility, coordination, and confidence required to progress safely and effectively.
